As The Old Man Winter recedes back to His most Northern Keep and His Maiden Daughter Lady Spring sings in Her sister Lady Summer. We, the Barony of Thescorre, invite the populace to start to think about preparing your camping set up, we also know this is the last chance to ready ourselves for War. We invite all to participate in Martial activities at Pax Interruptus.
We will have both Heavy weapons and fencing melees, archery, and thrown weapons during Saturday to show the martial prowess of our Kingdom as we get ready for War. A revelry of song and story telling at night will complete the celebrations for The King and Queen and our Baroness This year we have the use of on site pavilion and large fire circle. In addition, on Friday, a torchlight tourney, will be held at dusk. Hosted by His Grace Khalek.
Pax will be held July 7- 9, 2017, at Genesee Country Campground, 40 Flint Hill Rd., Caledonia, NY 14423.The site opens at 3 pm Friday and closes at 12 pm Sunday.

Merchants are welcome at no additional charge, but must bring their own setup. Open flames are also allowed, and fires can be built in the designated areas of the campground. Please be advised that fires are permitted only within existing fire rings. This site is discreetly damp. The field and camping area do not have water; plan to bring enough to meet your needs. Dogs are permitted on leash with proof of license and vaccinations, to be presented upon check-in, and must be cleaned up after. Trash shall be disposed of in the dumpster by the camp store upon leaving; bins for recycling are also available. The camp store carries some groceries, ice and wood, It is located in the same building as the flush toilets and showers.
The next generation of the Thescorre Cauldron Bleu Cooks Guild, under the watchful eye of Mistress Bryn ni MacRose, will be providing a light Sideboard lunch in the afternoon. this is a PER-REGISTER ONLY meal, and it is capped at 100. There will be no feast at night. Please plan accordingly. Please alert the head cook, Mistress Bryn ni MacRose, Antoinette.email@example.com, to any allergies or food restrictions.

Camping is available both Friday and Saturday nights. We will have space for tents with ample port-a-castles scattered throughout, as well as room for RV camping with hookups. The site offers a limited number of cabins up by the camp store, within an easy walk of full bathroom facilities. From the Southeast, take I-390 north to Exit 10, Avon. At the end of the exit ramp, turn left onto Rts. 5 & 20 West. Follow 5 & 20 West through the village of Avon (follow the signs around the traffic circle and stay on 5 & 20). Just outside of Avon at a blinking light, Rt. 20 splits off Rt. 5. Stay to the right on Rt. 5 West. Follow Rt. 5 West through the village of Caledonia and around the traffic circle. Follow Rt. 5 West. After you cross the railroad tracks, go about 1.3 miles to the sign for the Lime Rock Speedway and Genesee County Museum on your right. Turn right onto Flint Hill Road. Approximately .5 miles on the left will be the campground. Turn into the main campground entrance marked with the SCA sign. SCA signs will be posted.
